Official survey and mapping files

Что мы получили: A survey file holding 412 real buildings in Dubai Marina — the same kind of file Dubai’s authorities said they will send us.

Что сделала платформа: It opened the file and put all 412 buildings on the map by itself — right place, right shape, right height. Nobody drew or moved anything by hand.

Геодезическая точностьEverything is exactly as the survey file supplied it. This is the only route where a project can be marked verified.

Developer sales brochures

Что мы получили: 15 Emaar sales brochures for The Valley. Every site plan in them is a flat picture — you cannot select the text, so an ordinary computer cannot read the plot numbers off it.

Что сделала платформа: An AI looked at the pictures the way a person would and listed 5,975 plots across 15 neighbourhoods. Three neighbourhoods were matched onto the master plan automatically; the rest were lined up by eye.

A developer’s own 3D model

Что мы получили: A finished 3D model of the Venera show villas, built by the developer’s own design team. It arrived as a 2.94 GB file — far too heavy to open in a web browser.

Что сделала платформа: We shrank it to 34.7 MB — 91 times smaller, with no visible difference — and split it up so every villa can be clicked on its own.

Собственная 3D-модель застройщикаThe buildings are the developer’s own shapes, so they are exact. Where the model sits on the map is a first guess until someone lines it up against satellite imagery.

The Co-Broker Twin

Что мы получили: The same brochures, plus free public map data of Dubai from OpenStreetMap.

Что сделала платформа: A working model of the whole city down to individual units, with sale records, listings, a reference library and a basic CRM.

ПрототипA prototype. The prices and sales in it are sample figures made up to show how it works — they are not Land Department records.

Master plans as pictures

Что мы получили: Emaar and Dubai Hills master plans as images, plus the Eden and Nara brochures.

Что сделала платформа: Traced four communities — Arabian Ranches III, Dubai Hills Estate, Villanova and The Valley — into one 3D map of Dubai, 19,331 homes you can click. Nara’s 372 plot numbers were read straight out of the brochure’s text layer; everything else was traced by hand from the plans.

ПрототипA prototype. Every price, sale and listing in it is invented to show how the app would work, and the shapes are traced from pictures, not surveyed.

AutoCAD drawing	`.dwg`	Нужна конвертация	Save it as DXF from any CAD program, or use the free ODA File Converter. Then we read it.
Plan with real text	`.pdf`	Поддерживается	The unit numbers are selectable text, so we read them exactly. No AI involved.
Plan that is a picture	`.pdf`	Нужно подтверждение	The unit numbers are part of an image. AI proposes the layout and a person confirms it before anything is saved.
3D model	`.glb / .gltf`	Поддерживается	Uploaded in the admin area and checked against the delivery spec in Appendix A of the agreement.
